BSOD, figuring out the cause.
The computer just BSOD when I was browsing.

You need to go into control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery, and uncheck the box for restart on error. Next time it bluescreens, the screen will stay up and give you much better clues. You need the stop error code and the verbage following it.
Your dump files are only useful to a Microsoft engineer. |
