One other thing
A friend of mine secured for himself a PC-****z mobo. It waas of a socket 370 design. When he set the correct FSB and Multiplier settings he found himself with a 450 MHz processor instead of a 500 MHz one??????????
Some searching was done and it was found that the particular board that was secured incorrectly reported the FSB as 100 when in fact it would only do 90 MHz. This is another factor in the cheap as PC-CHIPS crap that we in the know only hear of too frequently. The bloody BIOS reported 500, It lied, third party program was required to get the real result (sorry cant remember which one). Also the AGP was a real pain. PC-Chips MOBOs work, thats all I can say about them. |

Yes they work, but you have problems when you want to upgrade
