Angry AGP video card won't work

I am building a new PC from scratch with GA-8ITXR motherboard and a ATI All-in-Wonder 8500DV AGP video card. I get absolutely no video. Not even BIOS. I tried my old PCI video card and it works. I know of no one that will open their PC to let me try the card there. Any suggestions........

Try putting in your PCI card, then going into BIOS and selecting "Boot VGA from..." to AGP. Then turn off, install AGP card then turn on
