Exclamation AT Power supply Voltages

Can someone tell me how to check a AT power supply for correct voltages on MB
connector and drive connectors ,How to tell if it is BAD!!!!
The PC that it is in keeps rebooting as soon as it is powered up , it does this about 10 times the it finally POST's but then no Hard Drives show up and it reboots Again &again&again-------- Get it !

This is a new one for me ! HELP!!!!!!!!!

doesn't sound good. Well don't bother testing the voltage. Inconsistent reboots are usually the powersupply. Get your hands on another one and see what happens. Trial and error is the way to go sometimes.
