solved my fan problem (may be useful info)
I had a fan that was having a tough time spinning up; it would run fine, but howled like a beast when starting cold.

I moved my PS fan connector to a different header and the problem went away.

ABIT recommends a certain header for the PS fan, but I had moved it to make rioom for the new fan.

Now that it is back in it's recommended spot, all is well.

I hate it when the manual is RIGHT.
