Quiet Fans?

hi,

i'm looking for a way to quiet down my vaccum cleaner, i mean my pc- it sounds like a vacuum cleaner though. I've got a p3 socket370 1Ghz cpu with the original fan and a couple of regular case fans - and all of them make an enormous amount of noise(or so it seems to me).

if u have any ideas as to what would be a more quiet choice, let me know then.

thanx,

Hi keifir,

Not sure what you can do about the heatsink/fan unit, but for the case fans you could try replacing your current ones with Panaflo L-1A's..these run very quietly. You can get them from here: 2CoolTek

I agree with Cricket, look into replacing your fans with Panaflo, Papst, or PC Power and Cooling Silencer fans, they're very quiet.
