scanner doesn't scan; need some plugins?
installed scanner (epson 1240u) on new computer with windows xp. the computer identifys the scanner but when i go to scan, it automatically opens photodeluxe and then says " The requested acquire module was not found, make sure it is in your plugin folders." don't see it in my plugins folder or on the cd anywhere. anyone know how to solve this problem? already looked on the adobe site for maybe some plugin downloads but didn't have anything that would help this situation. also, emailed technical support but said it could take 10 days. hoping someone here could help me quicker. Thanks.
