Please help me out and tell me if these gathered parts would make my computer
I would like to know if the parts that I gathered frome internet sites would all connect correctly, and work to make my future computer. I only have pictures of the Parts of my computer (haven't bought them). Please take a look at all of these presice links below that define, and show my parts in detail. If I am missing something, please inform me, and if one of the parts doesn't fit, or whatever, please make a suggestion, as I really need help with this. Thank You
PS: Email me your parts' suggestions and/or identifications of parts that I need to my email adrress here: smorales@rgv.rr.com, and once again, Thank Your for your help. Hi Moral-AW,
Also, why do you have both a modem and a NIC listed? Are you going to network this PC? Everything looks good, but I would skip the chipset cooler...not really necessary and will only add to the noise. And I agree with DrZaius, no need for a 400 watt power supply. 300 or 350 watt PSU will be fine. And you should pick up the monitor locally to save on shipping. The case looks good and should be good at keeping your system cool (sort of expensive though). Don't get the 80mm fan from that place either, you can get the same thing for $5 at Newegg.com (in fact, take a look at Newegg.com for all your parts...it's best to try to get most of your parts from one vendor to save on shipping). Hi Edgar,
RAID is a method of connecting several drives together so that act as one. It's often used for keeping data backup and you can read more about it here. http://www.pcmech.com/show/harddrive/296/ However, most people don't use this option, so I would just get the non-RAID board. Hope that helps. |
