Weird sound coming out of the motherboard

Hi guys...

Sometimes(once a week) when i turn on my computer there is this sound coming out of my motherboard

the sound is like that....

i used @ is represent the beep sound

@@@@@@@.......@@......@

Another problem is everytime i boot up.. there is no beep sound.. u know when u boot up the PC... there is always a beep sound coming out...

Pls help me....

ok thats talk about the first problem first

The first problem is....

It might be memory,pull memory,clean edges and reseat memory.
The beep you've described points this way.
The computer not beeping as you boot is the first indication,something is n't right,do as I said and if you can,try another stick of memory.
If you could give more detail about your computer,it would help.

ok thanks... but this problem only happens once in a while.. but i have just take out the memory.. n then put it back again... so have to have n see... but there is still no beep sound when i boot up my pc

I was reading another post, and they said the sound was coming from the fan, becuase there was too much dust on the CPU cooler. They cleaned it up and it ran great. Maybe a wire or a connctor is rubbing on the fan once in a while??
