Question about TV Tuner Card?
hello, i got some question about TV Tuner Card. i wonder can TV turner Card watching many different TV Channel from many different Region like if i am in USA, may i use TV tuner Card to watch other country TV channel such as like China TV Channel, or Hong Kong TV channel something like that, is there any extra setting i need to set up or need to buy additional hardware to achieve this. thank you. can anyone teach me how to do it
