DVD to TV??
Hey ho all
Basically im reluctant to go out and buy a stand alone DVD player becuase A: im waiting for the recordables to come down in price. B: DVD players for a comp are near £30 now so bargain My question is this Is it possible to hook a comp DVD player up to the TV and if it is how do i do it? any websites?? Thnx all |

You cannot directly connect the DVDROM to your computer. If you buy a video card that has an S-Video out (Geforce 3,4 or Radeons) , its very simple to do. Once you have the card with s-video, run an svideo cable from the card to the back of the TV. Then startup the DVD in the computer and it will show on your TV.
