Be sure you are dialing a 56K modem and not a 28.8 modem.
Are you dialing your ISP or PC to PC |

Also are you sure you're modem and ISP are both V90? When I got my Diamond Supra Express, it still had the Kflex software and it connected always at 28.8 or 33.6 and made racked while doing it!
I had to upgrade the firmware to V.90 and it connected better...connects constantly 46-49k now. HTH

I hope you didn't buy it recently. Hayes has been out of business for over a year, and no longer support anything.
You may find an updated driver at http://www.windrivers.com but that's about it. There are so many factors that go into your internet speed, that it's hard to pinpoint what the problem is. Start by doing this test then read this then read this then read this then get iSpeed from here. Then play to your hearts content. [Edited by reboot on 09-26-2000 at 04:58 PM] |

Run diagnostics and post your ATI3 response, please. I have an old Accura too and know my way around it. Also, what is the exact model number - 4 digits followed by "US" normally.
