Scanner
Hi, I have this 5200c HP scanner, that I got some years ago. It worked fine with 98/95. I got 2000 Pro a month or so abouts ago, decided to install the scanner back on. Well, after installing it, waiting for it restart, I plugged in the cable. Well, it made it to Windows, then the whole computer restarted. After the second time, I took the cable out...not a problem, went right into windows. I decided to try with a different cable. Same problem, so I think I am up against the scanner. Do you think installing the latest drivers would help?

What drivers are you using right now? Are they for Win 2000?
Downloading latest drivers may help, so give it a try. |
