Try taking the key off and cleaning underneath...then replace it...
If that doesn't work, try cleaning the entire keyboard If that doesn't work...you're going to have to buy a new one |

I feel sorry for you, typing with the _ key. If you were able to pop the cover and try to clean up the contacts, and that didn't work -- then you might have to get a new one.
The good news is that a generic keyboard is pretty cheap, like $10 or less depending what kind of store is around you. I don't think Windows lets you remap the keys. |
