smokin Question about Motherbroad

is MSI motherbroad good for overclock P4?

MSI KT4 Ultra (KT400) is this broad any good to overclock p4 1.8a

If you have the money, go with Asus(P4S-533):

At the very least, try getting an Intel chipset (or SiS) to go with that processor. Intel processors with VIA chipsets have had troubles...in the past. Not sure if they've all been worked out yet.
