changing the fan speed on enermax 92mm
I just bought a manual adjust speed enermax 92mm fan. I have no idea how to change the speed. I would have thought there would be a switch on the side or something. Where or how can I change the speed?

Do you see a wire coming out of it that looks like there would be a screw head on it?
