need good motherboard

HELP with new build..have the following parts, need good solid motherboard for them:

AMD XP 1800 cpu (with standard HSF came with it)
Western Dig. Spec Edition 40G HD 8 cache
Micron 2700 256 Memory (2 Sticks for 512)
ATI 8500LE video card
Lite On CDRW
Creative PCI 125 Sound Card (would prefer on board sound tho)

Also have a 350W Enermax PSU but need a case with good fans
Already have 17 in. monitor

The Asus A7V333 is an excellent motherboard to look at. Case wise pick up a Chieftec. They look just like Antecs but dont come with power supplies, since you already have one. Looks like a nice system.

MSI K3 Ultra2, $81 NewEgg. They also have Chieftech cases.

a7v333 or a7v8x and the chieftec matrix or dragon models are nice

Thanks for the two suggestions-taking good look at both--have You had any experience with the AOPEN AK77-8XN board? found it on Memory Labs for $77.00 and looks fairly good but can't find any reviews or info on board other than AOPEN site, of course

My suggestion is EPOX 8K5a2+ . Works great for me on a build one month ago. With an 1800xp. Onboard sound and LAN and I needed both.
Very clean build and no problems since.
