Display settings don't save after restart
I have two monitors running on my Radeon 7500, and after every power down or restart, the primary monitor, a 19" viewsonic will change from 1280x1024 to 1024x768, and all of the desktop icons will be moved to the secondary monitor.
Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it? |

I'm not familiar with the software ATI uses but on matrox cards if Powerdesk does not load with Windows it will do what you are talking about.
Look under MSConfig to see if your video card software is loading in the start up group. If not there may be place to set it to do from the utility itself. |

That software was turned off, and turning it back on worked for a time. Now its doing the same thing again. Any ideas?
