I installed Diamond Stealth S540 Xtreme and MX400 sound card. Seems like the drivers are over-riding/conflicting each other.

It's a ABIT BE6-II mobo. I installed the video card and it's drivers first, then installed the drivers for MX400. MX400 is putting .com files in the autoexec.bat file and when booted an error msg pops up saying the video settings are not suitable for the hardware....and so on. Both of them are latest drivers.

Please help.
