Hi tunk,

Yep, everything looks good. My only suggestion would be to go with the retail Intel box since it comes with a quality heatsink/fan and you wont have to order a seperate one.

Go with the retail Intel cpu for sure, you'll get a top quality heatsink and fan, and you'll also get the full Intel 3 yr. warranty.

Tunk...Consider the following!

Consider a Maxtor or Seagate HD...I know too many ppl that have problems out of Western Digital Drives.
Also consider Crucial.com for your Ram...they have Free Shipping and Great Prices.
Look into FIC motherboards...I currently have running an VC 11 and justed ordered a VI 13 the VC 11 is great...ill let you know about VI 13 when i get all the parts for the pc in and together, orderd this one through techstore.com but it took 2 weeks to get here.
Good luck everthing else looks great...go with the retail box on processor though!

Hi tunk,

The Western Digital Special Edition "JB" hard drives have a pretty good track record so far and are great performing hard drives. I've installed a bunch of them and no problems so far.

ASUS motherboards are very high quality motherboards and a very good choice for your system...I'd stick with it.
