Epson Printer error code???
I have a Epson Stylus Color 800 running On 98SE, When I try to print from Word I get "error while spooling to, unable to create new job". In the Epson answers that accompanies the software when I try a test print the error "PrintOMatic Xtraerror Error Code=1.
I reinstalled the Epson software, updated the driver from the Epson site, tried raw data from the manager instead of spooling, all this with no effect. I suspect the problem is somewhere in Windows but not sure, does anyone have an idea, thanks. |

Did you check in your manual or on the Epson website to see if they list error codes?
