Unhappy

Hello again.
Could you tell me how to distinguish between monitor flickering and video card flickering, without swapping monitors?
Thanks Yan

Have you tried changing the refresh rate in your video card driver toolbox?

I don't know of a way to be absolutely sure without swapping out the monitor or vid card. However, based on the symptoms you posted, I would say with about 95% certainty that the monitor's bad.
