Hello again.
Could you tell me how to distinguish between monitor flickering and video card flickering, without swapping monitors? Thanks Yan |

Have you tried changing the refresh rate in your video card driver toolbox?

I don't know of a way to be absolutely sure without swapping out the monitor or vid card. However, based on the symptoms you posted, I would say with about 95% certainty that the monitor's bad.
