Right now I'm running my T-Bird 750 @1100. BUt the lust for speed is driving me even farther. Right now I'm running on 11.0 x 100MHz.

I was wondering if anybody had experience with using a 133 FSB?

Thanks

Ain't gonna happen.

Durons and TBirds are very shaky at higher bus speeds due to the cache timings on the CPU. The A7V mobo is even more picky about bus speeds.

I was able to get 105 on mine, but no more. I've seen reports of folks getting as high as 110 on their A7V's but 110 is the upper end.

Worth a shot, but your results with high bus speeds will be limited.

Duron and T-bird definitely don't like high fsb. There is likely no chance it will work on 133 fsb.

It's always possible to tweak the fsb.
If you look behind the primary ide connectors, you'll see a small chip marked ics. This small chip controls the fsb.Touch it,HOT!
Put a small heatsink on it.(Radio Shack has a cute one).
adding a little cooling to it allows(usually)for more play in the fsb area.
Try a 105 fsb to start off with (or 103). See if this holds.
If it does try for a little more.
