Unhappy

I am having problems buring audio cd's with NERO. I have tried burning other cd's by doing a straight cd copy and the cd burns, but it comes out skipping every other second. I tried burning these at lower burn rates and this does not help. Next I tried ripping the CDA files from the cd and converting them to wav files. I then burned the cd from my harddrive and set it to no multisession and finalized the cd. The cd came out as one song and does not play in a regular cd player. I need help! I have also tried using Adaptec; which is the manufacture recommended system; this does not detect my cd rom at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Adaptec should detect your drive if you download the updates, including possibly the recorder update.

If you have ez creator 4.0, you should update it to 4.02. Your acer drive should be supported for sure.

Try another brand of CDR. TDK work great for me, and they are very cheap!
