Ok I just got the pics from my panel mod back . check it out. I added 2 Sunbeam fans to the sides. Got some car door trim and some plexi glass and voila.

Here's a pic of a build I just finished for a friend. Not quite what I would build for myself. The blue lights do make it interesting though.
Antec Lanboy case with 2 Antec Blue LED fans. 2.4GHz C 800MHz HT P4, Intel D865PERLL motherboard, 1GB PC3200 Kingston RAM, ATi Radeon 7500 All In Wonder video card, two 120GB WD SE HDD's, Sony DW-U10A-10 DVD burner, Pioneer DVD drive, USR 2977 modem, Teac floppy drive and WinXP Home. Cricket
