Here's another fun product from Japan: USB Coffee Warmer

Makes you wonder if computer users in Japan ever leave their computers to go anywhere else.

Does the USB port supply enough juice for something like that

Actually, it makes you wonder why they would even make these products seeing there must be an electrical outlet nearby anyway.

Really!! Besides, could you imagine brushing your teeth, splattering toothpaste all over the monitor. No thanks, I still like to get away from the computer every now and then.

I think it was somewhere here where I saw somebody posted a cigarette lighter that mounted in a 5.25" bay.

A USB microwave or popcorn popper would be handy.

What I think is funny about the coffee warmer is that a board mounted USB port is only 500ma per set and the best self-powered hubs raise this to 1200 ma. So instead of a warmer it really just keeps it from cooling off longer.
Of course a handy accessory for the coffee warmer would be water cooling with an external fill funnel on a hose.

I can't read Japanese, but I think the items on this page are USB electric blankets...or maybe seat warmers.

I think the cigarette lighter was connected directly to the power supply 12 volt line, not the USB port.

Yeah, sometimes I get obsessed with a game, but not obsessed enough to brush my teeth while in the middle of it.

Of course not! You want to keep on playing the game. I understand. No interruptions!
