UV lighting questions

Will using a blue LED lighted case fan drown out 2 UV lights? I like the dark purple look, but it's just too dark, and not much else to look at. Or should I get a UV reactive fan? Could I still use a grill? I'm going to get uv reactive IDE cables... This is going to look fairly cool! Could I change the PSU fan? I know that can be dangerous... But how much? Any recommendations? Emphasis on quite, not cooling, but a good balence. Sorry for the amount of questions, I just came into some money, and all I've got in my case is a UV light.

heres an old thread....
I think you would be better off with uv reactive stuff....fans, paint, cables and what not.
This is so old...what have you done already?
