So, let me get this straight: it's saying that the comp ran better when it was cooler? I thought they ran about the same at any reasonable temp.

They were able to overclock it higher for more raw performance.

i saw that a while back on THG, and in a mag i have there is a vapochill case that has a similar cooling system, its the fastest currently available shop bought PC, comes stock with an OCd 3G P4 @ 3.7

Hmmmm, I thought thought the FSB on the AMD 2700 was 333 not 166...

Also, that cold of a temp would scare me. I don't WANT my CPU running that cold.

Could a really cold temp damage the CPU? Something tells me no since heat is what ultimately fries it.

The FSB is 166, the DDR makes it 333 at the processor.
