What kind of modem would be best?

I have a Gigabyte GA-7vaxp mobo, and am running Windows XP. What would be the best 56 K modem I should get that would be completely compatible with everything I have. Thanks

An external serial modem like the US Robotics 5686 would be the best choice. If you want an internal PCI modem, get the US Robotics 2976 or 2977.
