Best Heatsinks/Fans

What are the best heatsinks and fans? Who makes them and what type? I know there are the "flower" heatsinks and normal square heatsinks, but what would everyone recommend? Also what types of Fans would you recommend. And I am asking for a Socket 478 motherboard.

The best heatsink/fan for a Socket 478 is the stock Intel unit that comes with the retail boxed processor.

I agree with glc...the stock INTEL heatsink works really well. It's a high quality, efficient unit that cools extremely well and is very, very quiet.

Aftermarket heatsinks tend to be noisier and don't cool much better than the stock INTEL unit.
