Removing second Hard Drive

Good Day folks,

I want to remove my second hard drive (no Oper. system on it)and remove all the data from it so I can then use it as the primary drive of another computer. What would be the best way to go about doing this? Should I FDisk the drive before removing it or remove it first and FDisk later? Or is there a better way?

Thanks

I would think that either way would be fine.

What operating system will you be working with? You would use fdisk and format with Win95, 98 and ME...but with WinNT, 2000 and XP the process is different.

Make sure you transfer over all the data you want to keep from that hard drive.
