So, you're running a Duron 1.2 GHz? Did your friend overclock this already to that speed or is that the stock speed?

How did he go about overclocking it? Did he unlock the multiplier or just up the FSB speed and v-core? You may be able to get a little more out of it provided that your motherboard supports the raising of the FSB speed. How are your temps now that it is running at 1.2?

I'm sorry I don't have that info.How can I find out?

Please look at attachment for temp

I should be able to boost the FSB to 200 with this processor, right??

The FSB in the BIOS should already be at 200 since the Duron has a 100 MHz FSB x 2 = 200. In fact, your FSB should probably be a little higher since the cpu has been overclocked. Can you ask your friend what he did to overclock the cpu? Also, was that 49c temperature for the cpu an idle temp or a temp taking while the cpu was under load?

Well Surge, I use customizer xp and this is what it reads for FSB,take a look at the attachment.

My friend is unavalble he has moved and I have no contact with him ,I'm lost on that one.

Does that program show what the multiplier of the processor is? If so, what does it say. If not, try going to this site and downloading the program there:

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Ok, it looks like your friend has unlocked the cpu and has just upped the multiplier (100 MHz fsb x 12 = 1200 MHz). If you want to overclock a little further, check to see if your board supports manual adjustment of the FSB speed. If it does, then begin increasing that by a couple of MHz, making sure that the system still runs stable without lock ups. Also, monitor your temps since they are going to go up a little bit as you increase the FSB.

Well, I haven't got an Asus A7V, nor the manual, nor the BIOS setup screens in front of me, but...
Go into BIOS setup.
Go to the "Advanced" screen.
Operating frequency: change to User.
CPU Multiplier: can't change that, don't bother.
CPU Frequency: adjust in little bits if you can, 2 or 3 mhz at a time upwards.
DRAM frequency: Leave it alone.
System performance: Leave it alone.
CPU Vcore setting: Here's where you can increase voltage to get stability at faster FSB settings.
If you're really not sure what you're doing, then don't do it.
Go read a LOT more about overclocking and what you're really doing when increasing voltage to vcore, and CPU frequency.

OK, set it to "By Jumper" and read the manual.
It will explain how to set the FSB and Multiplier on the motherboard.
If there's an option to set the jumpers to "Auto", use it, then make changes in BIOS.
