Mac Running Hot?

Mac's are notrious for running hot, you may want to recommend this in the future

I have a program called Rain and aother called waterfall. They work but shutting down processes on the processor that are not in use and I have noticed lower temps by using them. But this program just flat out shows no promise hehe
