Does it worth it
Does it worth to buy a panel that's controling temperature of the copmuter (cpu, system) and fan rpm similar to this on the picture or like in the site http://www.pchardware.co.il/docs/pd212438636.htm
or better to download a software that does the same stuff!

Personally, I find that when people have all this software and/or monitoring stuff, they are always too busy "monitoring" their computer rather than enjoying it.

The panel looks cool and if you are into modding it could be somewhat worth it. But if you are not then spend your money somewhere else.
My case has a panel and I don't use it. My system has no heat problems and I have no need of it. Besides, you need to plug the CPU fan to the panel and some mobos won't start at all if the CPU fan is not plugged to the mobo header.

I'd say no. You can set the auto shutdown temp in the bios and monitor your temps with motherboard monitor to make sure they're reasonable.
I don't see a need for more than this. You can buy or build a fan controller for very cheap if you want to crank the fans up for 3d gaming and drop the fans back for word processing or idling. A simple 7v mod (use a 5v wire instead of ground on your fan) with an on-off-on or on-on SPDT (single pole dual throw) switch, available at radioshack, to control it would be plenty. |

I'd say no too. I'd much rather have something useful such as my 6-ini1 media card drive.
If you have some case lights you could use a blank 5.25 drive cover and put in a toggle switch or the like. I use Motherboard Monitor 5 to show my cpu temp which when you run intel is not really that necessary. I just like it there in my system tray though.
