Computer case and mobo
Building a new computer
Okay everything came and I am almost ready to start building the computer. I was told if I needed any help that you guys would be able to help me. So here goes. Like I said before I'm not afraid of anything but the power supply cords. There is awire from the from part of the case that looks something like thisIt's a striped wire with 4 pronges at the end of it that plugs in somewhere. Each one has something written on it: 1. Power Led (the largest) 2. HDD Led 3. Reset Led 4. power SW It des not say in the mobo book where these go but I'm pretty ure that I need to plug them in somewhere. In case you need it, this might help lol. This is where you can find the mobo. I know it's not a great one but for a 9 year old I thought it might work. If not I can always gett another one. It was very inexpensive not that money is not object but I figured if I screwed it up I would out liess than $50.00. http://www.kobian.com/products.php?productid=65 Thanks, Jo |

On your board, near the IDE connection and the battery you should have a bunch of pins where the power LED, Power SW,HDD LED, and Reset LED plug into. This should be in the manual. You may need a magnifying glass to see the letters on the mobo as they are very small. Good luck & enjoy your build.
