Memory Timings & Memory VOC questions

Right now I'm kinda lost with memory lingo. I understand the differences about PC2700 and PC3200 but there are numbers after which i do not understand. Numbers like 2-3-3-6-T1 or 2-2-2-5-T1. What do those numbers mean? Something about the latency i suppose but i'm unsure, especially about the difference between the two, and which is better.

Second, what are the differences between the memory sticks below? The first and last ones both have silver heat spreaders but the last one costs about 40$ more, but why?

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 512MB 32MX8 PC-2700C2PT With Platinum - Silver Heat Spreader OEM
Specifications:
Speed 333 MHz
Organization 64M x 64
CAS Latency 2-3-3-6-T1
Memory type DDR
Part number: CMX512A-2700C2PT
85$

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series CMX512-2700C2 PC2700 DDR RAM 333MHz w/ Heat Spreader - OEM
512MB 64x64, Non-ECC, 184-Pin, CAS 2.0 -Unbuffered Requires DDR supported Motherboard - Lifetime Warranty
85$

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series, Low Latency 512MB 64MX64 PC-2700LLPT. With Platinum - Silver Heat Spreaders.
Specifications:
Speed 333 MHz
Organization 64M x 64
CAS Latency 2-2-2-5-T1
Memory type DDR
Part number: CMX512-2700LLPT
125$

Also what does the organization mean? 64M x 64?

What i need is just someone to explain all this memory stuff to me! TIA!

The important numbers are the 2-2-2-5-1t and the fsb it is rated at. The number set above is what to shoot for, at whatever your fsb is. Often, running the mem at a lower fsb, but faster mem timings gets you a better benchmark. Some mem is 400fsb but it is barely so, with the slowest mem timings. If you drop the fsb and up the timings, that same mem often performs better. The 2-2-2-5-1t is how many clock cycles the cpu waits on action from the mem, relating to columns and rows (mem addresses) and the precharging of the mem. The 1t is a setting to make the cpu decode instructions faster. Well, maybe not in this case, but there is sometimes a cpu fast decode setting in some bios. Also see here:
