Hyper Threading

Hi there,

I've got a quick question: As the HT technology simulates a second CPU, it is only possible to take advantage if you have a MultiCPU-OS, right ? So WinXP Home can't take advantage of it but XP Pro does, right ?

RJ

Are you asking if it's better to use HT?

It slows down performance if not multi-tasking.
