Warning! CPU has changed

I just finished building my PC:
Athlon XP 2500+ 333 fsb
Asus A7n8x deluxe
pc2700 512mb
I start it up and get to the POST startup screen and I get the "Warning! CPU has changed" message. I also noticed at the top of the screen the cpu was at 1100 not 2500, am I supposed to go into the BIOS and change the CPU settings to the correct settings? And waht else am I supposed to change while I am in the BIOS? Thank you.

You need to go into the bios and change the fsb from 100 to 166 this will give you the correct speed of the xp 2500

The Barton 2500 is actually a 1.8 gig CPU so after you change the the FSB in Bios to 166, it may only read 1830 on your screen and that would be correct if I am not mistaken.
