Retail P4 heatsink in a 2U Rackmount Server

Does anyone know if the retail P4 heatsink will fit in a 2U rackmount server case? The case I'm looking at is this one:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...ion=56-999-408
It's 3.46" tall, and the P4 heatsink is supposedly 2.8" tall according to http://www.intel.com/design/Pentium4...s/29864310.pdf

So I think it should work, but what do you think? Thanks.

I'm not quite sure but keep in mind that once the motherboard and processor is installed in the case there will be even less vertical space for the heatsink.

Not sure if the stock HSF will fit in a rackmount case, but they do make rackmount P4 HSF's.

Thermaltake A1240

CoolerStar CUW3-610

OCZ Eliminator Passive Heatsink

Various rackmount HSF's
