Question Need a low profile HSF

I'm updating a Dell L500c for a client who wanted to keep his case and just update the mobo, processor and ram.

I've done all the udates: Intel D845BG, 2.4Ghz and 256mb ddr. (Also, had to put in a different PS as the dell one had propietary connectors and only 85w.) I used an antec heatsink/fan combo I had laying around because it was short enough to still allow the PS to fit which sits on its side right over the top of the cpu socket. However, the cpu fan is still very close to the PS and therefore is causing a lot of noise.

Does someone know of a good quality low profile cooler that is also quiet to complete this upgrade? CPU will always run at stock speed.

Thanks.
