Case Hunting
OK, I've been searching around the net for a case. So far I've found only one that I really like. This One.
And I was just wondering whether there are any similar cases out there. Must have the clear window on the side. The fan controller thing isn't really a necessity, but the door for the front covering the drives would be very useful. Cheers.

That is a real nice looking case. A lot of cases are similar but the Thermaltake have a very unique look.

You won't find anything with the front lights and the fan setup of the thermaltake. The closest match to that case I have found is the Chenming AX-01.

Reason I'm looking for something similar is that one is quite expensive. =/

well if you're going case hunting you're gonna need to get some case bait then wait behind a shelf in the factory till one goes for it and when it does throw a net on it. you just caught yourself a case. the ones with windows are attracted to the plexiglass kibbles and bits food.
but umm chieftec or chenming will have similar cases but nothing as unique as that Tt case. I don't believe there are any cheap copies of the Tt case.... |

I changed me mind now. The more I looked at the TermalTake one the more I decided how ugly it looked. So now I'm looking for just a plain full tower case, black, plenty of drive bays and door to cover the drives. I've decided that I will mod my own case while I wait for the money to build the rest of my own computer.

Ugly? Bah, clean your glasses. Thermaltake cases are a thing of beauty.

Hey your not the only one digital. I dont like the way they look myself ither and they are really pricey on top of that.
I like the Antec and Chieftec style cases much more then Thermaltake. I'm looking at ordering one of those nice new Antec SOHO Performance Plus server cases right now. |
