Casing fan with 4 pin, want to connect to 3 pin?

Hi,
I carelessly bought a standard casing fan with 4 pin connector. But I find that my motherboard support only 3 pin fan. Is there anyway for me to connect the fan?
Please help. Thanks in advance.

Just attach it to your power supply, its safer and better if you do it that way.
I'm assuming that since its a 4 pin fan, then it dosent have the rpm wire anyways.
But, if your really stuck on putting it on the mobo, then here is something that should work for you
