i am looking into getting (abit KT7) board, but i have two friends that has abit boards one of them owns 2 abit boards, they both had problems with the boards detecting the floppy drive. the same problem ocurred on all 3 boards.
i need to know if this is a reacurring thing with abit boards or is just a freak of nature and i have nothing to worry about. if it is a problem with there boards should i get the board or op for the asus-tek a7v board. thanks |

I would think there is something else causing that problem as I have never had a problem like that with ANY motherboard, unless of course the board was a dud to begin with.

I don't think a high quality company like Abit would let something like that slip past. And if they did, I'm sure we would have all heard about it.
