Colorcases dot com

Has anyone had trouble with colorcases.com ?? I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them.. At prices that were really low, as far as pre-modded cases with a psu and lights included were concerned.. And first of all, i couldnt get their web order form to work, I emailed the tech support guy, he said that he would fix it, never did.. I tried it with my dad's name and a different email address, same problems.. Then I called, all the prices were different.. And now i havent heard from them, and they havent billed me (which is a good thing i am assuming), nor sent me a receipt or any email confirming my order. I am concerned because my order is time critical, and considering the fact that I called and they knew i was having problems for about a week before I called, they sure have not rushed to get my order out.

They tend to have a lot of ordering problems and stock / shipping delays. The product seems to get there in great shape, though. I haven't ever ordered there, but I had a friend who loves their stuff. I think he gets bored and gets a new case from them every 6 months or so. He says he's waited up to 5 weeks to get a case from them, but I guess since he anticipates it, its ok with him.
