Question partitioning HD

Ok, I know how to format a HD using XP. Now how do I partition it?I am going to partition a 120gb to two 60gb.

Start>control Panel>Admin tools>Computer management>Disk management>Right click the drive you want to partition in the "unallocated" area>New Partition>and the New Partition Wizard will popup and walk you through it.

That's for XP.
