Will 2 fans be enough for ANTEC 1000AMG?
Or are more fans necessary?

Two fans should be plenty.

Two should be fine. Either 2 exhaust or 1 intake and 1 exhaust. Make sure that the air being pulled out is equal or greater than the air being taken in.

Two Fans are plenty. I'd go (and do) with two rear exhaust.

I have that case with the setup in my sig, and the 2 exhaust fans do a great job.
