Fans in Drive Bays
Does anyone have any ideas for putting fans into the 5.5inch drive bays at the front of cases...or a specifically designed product for it?

http://www.directron.com/sc188.html <--- Here's a premade product for it. I've also seen 2 40mm fans mounted on a drive bay cover. That should be pretty easy to make by yourself, but I've also seen them premade. Lian-li may have been the company that had them.

There is a product on the market. I've used it to cool mini tower that kept cooking hard drives worked well.
