Sceptre pivoting LCD

I just got a Sceptre Agama X9 pivoting LCD. It pivots just fine, but the display doesn't adjust, so I'm reading everything sideways.

The manual doesn't even mention that the monitor can pivot, and there is nothing in there about adjusting the display between portrait and landscape mode. Calls to tech support have been unanswered to this point.

Has anyone used one of these before? Is there a driver that must be loaded? (no software came with the display)

Digging around the Sceptre site, I finally found that the rotation software is "optional" and there is a link to this:

http://personalcomputing.portrait.co..._overview.html

Free 30 day trial, $39.95 to buy.
