Swap SCSI cards
We have just bought an Adaptec 29320 SCSI card to enable us to use larger SCSI disks. The intention is to replace the existing 29160 card.
Are we still Ok to continue using the smaller disks which were attached to the 29160 card on the new card. The SCSI BIOS identifies them correctly and tests seem to indicate that it will read and write them Ok but it doesn't hurt to check. Thanks |
