AMD 3000+
2 X 512 MB of RAM DDR 3200
500 watt power supply
120 GB hard drive
Gigabyte GA- 7N400 motherboard with phoenix bios

The RAM, itself, could be a working module. But that module may have compatiblity issues with your motherboard. It's not uncommon.

What brand RAM are you using and is it the right type (it's not ECC RAM is it?).
